Tourlytics is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing business intelligence and analytics tools. Features and functionality may change as the Service evolves.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with or disrupt the Service, or resell the Service without permission.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tourlytics and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
